Thursday, November 12, 2026 @ 11:59 PM ET
Active participation and presence are essential for CE credit and for creating a meaningful, connected experience. You’ll engage in group discussions, small breakout sessions, and peer coaching practice throughout the day. Because this Intensive focuses on connection and authenticity, we encourage you to create a quiet, dedicated space where you can be fully present — free from distractions like driving or caregiving — so you can engage deeply, listen fully, and get the most out of your time together.
No. The NBHWC requires full participation for CE credit. You must attend all live sessions and complete the post-course assessment to receive your certificate. Partial attendance cannot be credited.
The Zoom link is released inside your course once all pre-work materials are completed. Please complete the short pre-work assignments at least 48 hours before the live event to ensure access and receive your reminder email with event details.
Each Intensive includes NBHWC-approved continuing education hours and one full year of membership in the Wellness Coach Mastermind, our supportive professional development community for Health & Wellness Coaches. Here’s how it works: Non-Members: When you register for an Intensive, you’ll receive a 1-year Mastermind membership included in your purchase. Your membership begins on the date of registration and renews automatically at $210/year so you can continue accessing the community, future CE discounts, and ongoing support. You may cancel anytime from your account. Current Mastermind Members: Active members can attend the Intensive for free as part of their membership benefits or register at the member CE rate ($75 for one-day Intensives / $150 for two-day Intensives) to earn official NBHWC CE credit. Level 1 Students: Students enrolled in Mastering the Art of Wellness Coaching – Level 1 may attend Intensives free if applying the event toward required live hours, or register at the member rate if earning additional CE credit. All prices are clearly displayed during checkout, and your course access details—including Zoom links, pre-work, and your Mastermind membership information—will be available immediately upon purchase. If you have any questions about pricing, renewal, or membership status, reach out to [email protected] for help before registering.
Once you join and register, you’ll receive access to your online course portal. Inside, you’ll find: 1) A welcome message with important event details, 2) Information about your Wellness Coach Mastermind membership, 3) Required pre-work readings and videos (to unlock your Zoom link), 4) The live event link and schedule, 5) Post-course assessment and bonus tools. We recommend logging in soon after purchase to explore the materials and complete the pre-work before the live event.
Great question! Our Intensives are part of the Wellness Coach Mastermind, which means your registration automatically includes a 1-year membership in the community. This is why your checkout page says “Wellness Coach Mastermind”—the Intensive is delivered through the Mastermind platform, alongside other live learning experiences and events. If you’re a new participant, your purchase gives you access to both the Intensive and the full Mastermind community for one year. If you’re an existing member, you’ll continue accessing everything through your current membership as usual. The Intensive itself functions like a short course—with pre-work, live session, and a post-course assessment to earn CE credit.
You’ll receive your NBHWC CE certificate after completing the post-course assessment inside the course. Certificates are automatically generated once you meet all requirements — full attendance, participation, and passing score.
Course access is available for a limited time to ensure timely participation and CE completion. You’ll have full access to the Intensive course shell (including pre-work, live event details, and post-course assessment) from the time of registration through approximately 45 days after the event concludes. After that, the course will close and transition to “archived” status. Don’t worry—any key takeaways, tools, and resources will remain available within the Wellness Coach Mastermind community, where you can continue learning and connecting with peers year-round.
Pre-ordering reserves your spot in the Intensive now, while the course itself is still being finalized. Your 1-year Wellness Coach Mastermind membership begins immediately, so you can start exploring the community, attending events, and connecting with other coaches right away. The course content, pre-work, and event details will unlock in early January 2026.
